Cumberland Stem

Cumberland is a material very similar to ebonite, but has the advantage of offering a burgundy to brown color variation with a marbled or striated appearance. It has all the advantages of ebonite, such as softness under the tooth.

Chacom, for example, uses Cumberland pipes for its vintage and premium pipes.
