Briar Pipe

The Erica Arborea is briar which is used to shape the pipes. The briar appeared in the mid nineteenth century in Saint-Claude (a small town in the Jura famous for its art of pipe and diamond) and Cogolin (located in the Var).
Each briar pipe is shaped to obtain a pipe perfectly resistant to fire and heat quality.
