It is in Cogolin, a small village in the Var not far from St Tropez that the Courrieu family has been making their own pipes since 1802 for a reasonable price.

We propose you this brown waxed pipe with a half bent shape.

Note the thick sidewalls of the bowl for a better diffusion of the heat.
